Can anyone here give me some tips on marketing/affiliate programs for adult sites? I find that part of the biz pretty confusing and hard to break into. What methods have worked best for you?

Obviously most of us aren't going to be much help (see above posts ). Might want to try and approach Mumz, James, or Doug directly.

Haven't setup or run any myself, but I signup through them and promote sites I'm a fan of. I'd recommend you use CCbill, then affiliates who want to promote your sites don't have to signup for a completely new program and earn payouts separately, they can just add you to their existing account. And update with new promo content as quickly as you can, so the affiliates aren't lacking new things to promote. Amazing how many affiliate programs fail at updating their programs.
